Sound Familiar?

Everyone leans on you. Who do you lean on?

No one safe to tell.

Your team, your board, and your peers all have a stake in how you’re doing.

Holding it together, for now.

You’re still performing, but sleep, patience, and joy are quietly wearing thin.

Worried about who will find out.

An EAP or a local clinic can feel too close to work, or too visible.

Questions Executives Ask

Frequently asked questions

Is it confidential?

Yes, completely. Your care stays between you and your clinician and is never shared with your employer, your board, or our leadership development team. The only exceptions are the narrow ones every regulated clinician in Ontario is required to follow by law.

Is counseling covered by insurance?

Often, yes. Sessions are delivered by registered psychotherapists and social workers, which many extended health plans and health spending accounts cover. Coverage depends on your plan, so check with your provider.

Are sessions virtual?

Yes. Sessions are held by secure video, so you can meet from home, your office, or wherever you are that week.

How is this different from coaching?

Coaching focuses on your goals and performance in the role. Therapy addresses what sits underneath: stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, and patterns that follow you from role to role. Many leaders benefit from both, and with your permission they can work together.

You don’t have to carry it alone.

One confidential conversation is all it takes to start.
