Women in Leadership

For women who lead, and carry more than anyone sees.

Leadership development, peer community, and confidential health care for women and feminine-aligned leaders at every level, from emerging leaders to the executive suite. Because when women lead well, the systems that don’t work start to change.

Sound Familiar?

Leading as a woman means carrying more than anyone sees.

Held to a different standard.

Decisive, but not too direct. Warm, but never soft. Every room asks something different.

The doubt that won’t go quiet.

Your competence is proven daily, yet imposter syndrome still shows up.

Fewer peers who get it.

Candid support is hard to find, at every level of leadership.

Carrying work and home.

The second shift doesn’t end when the workday does.

Systems that weren’t built for you.

Policies, promotion paths, and cultures that quietly hold women back.

Identity after disruption.

A termination, a leave, or a pivot shakes more than a title.

You don’t need to be fixed. The systems around you do. We help you lead the change.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the Women in Leadership program for?

Women and feminine-aligned professionals at every level of leadership, from emerging leaders and managers to executives and board members, across Canada and the United States.

Do you work with women’s associations?

Yes. We partner with women’s associations, professional networks, and chapters to deliver member cohorts, multi-session series, and conference education sessions, designed with your board.

What is Next Term for Women?

A confidential transition program built around Owning Your Story, our framework for professional identity after disruption. It supports women navigating an involuntary termination, a return to work after parental, medical, or caregiving leave, a restructuring, or a career pivot.

Can my organization sponsor a private cohort?

Yes. We design private Women in Leadership programs for employers that want to retain and advance their women leaders, delivered in person or virtually.

Is the clinical support confidential?

Yes, 100%. Clinical care stays between you and your clinician and is never shared with your employer. The clinic is private pay, and many services can be claimed through insurance.

How do I start?

Request a confidential 30-minute consultation with Brit to talk through where you are and what would help.

Your next chapter of leadership starts with one conversation.

Confidential, no obligation, and focused entirely on you.
